Three steps, no rate card, and a straight answer either way.

Two leather chairs facing each other across a wide desk, a folder open between them under a green banker's lamp.
  1. A complimentary hour with a senior banker

Not a discovery call with an account executive. Bring the numbers you have and the questions you've been sitting on. You'll get straight answers in the first meeting, not after a contract.

  2. Assessment

We look at the business the way a credit committee would: books, cash flow, capital position, coverage. Then we tell you what would get approved today, what wouldn't, and what closes the gap. Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need us yet. You'll hear that too.

  3. Proposal & plan

A written engagement scoped to what the assessment found: which services, what cadence, what it costs. Pricing depends on transaction volume, account complexity, and how much rebuilding the books need, which is why there is no rate card on this site. The proposal is the price, in writing, before you commit to anything.

Who we serve, and how we find the fit.

Not on the list? Talk to us anyway.

Fit gets settled in the first hour, not on a web page. A restaurant that runs on catering contracts, a retailer buying its own building, a business whose books are behind but whose owner is ready to fix them: each of those can be a fit.

Because we work across capital, books and coverage, there is usually some part of the business we can help with. And when we are not the right firm, you will leave knowing who is.

The quiet advantage: predictive capital-needs analysis

Because we keep the books and arrange the capital, we see a financing need forming quarters ahead, and start preparing the file before you have to ask for money in a hurry.

What to bring to your first hour.

Tell us where you stand and the checklist builds itself.

Pick everything that applies. Most people pick two.

Your checklist

Nothing yet

Pick a situation and the papers to bring appear here, with the reason each one is on the list.

An hour of your time. That is the whole cost, and the papers can be rough.

Step one costs an hour and nothing else.
