Two senior bankers, and a full team behind them.

Not a marketplace or a call center. The co-founders, who spent their careers deciding which deals got done, lead every engagement, with an accounting team of more than fifteen and a CPA partner carrying out the work under their review.

Rafael Sánchez

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

For more than 34 years, Rafael Sánchez has built his career around helping people make better financial decisions. Whether working with an individual planning for the future or a business owner preparing for the next stage of growth, he believes that understanding a client's needs is the first step toward finding the right solution.

His experience across banking, financial services, and business development has shown him how much the right guidance can matter. He has worked with clients navigating important financial choices, businesses seeking financing, and teams striving to deliver better results. Along the way, he developed a practical, relationship-centered approach: listen carefully, understand the challenge, and help people identify solutions that fit their goals.

Rafael's career includes senior leadership positions at several financial institutions, where he managed banking operations, developed client relationships, and helped businesses and individuals access financial products and services. He also gained experience in insurance and wealth-related services, broadening his understanding of how people can manage their finances, protect their assets, and plan for the future.

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RS Commercial Capital Advisors (RSCCA), Rafael brings this experience to a firm focused on making financial services more accessible and useful. He works with small businesses to navigate financing options, prepare loan applications, and strengthen their financial operations. Through bookkeeping, financial management, and business insurance services, he helps clients reduce administrative burdens, control costs, and devote more time to running their businesses.

What motivates Rafael is seeing clients move forward with greater clarity and confidence. He understands that business owners have limited time and that financial decisions can feel complicated. His goal is to make those decisions easier to navigate by providing practical guidance, dependable service, and solutions tailored to each client's circumstances.

Through RSCCA, Rafael continues to do what has mattered throughout his career: help individuals and businesses make the most of their financial opportunities. For him, success means more than reaching a financial goal. It means helping clients save time, keep more of what they earn, and build a stronger foundation for the future.

Ruben Rodriguez

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Ruben Rodriguez has spent more than 35 years helping businesses navigate the financial decisions that shape their future. Throughout his career, one belief has remained constant: with the right guidance and access to resources, businesses can overcome challenges, discover new opportunities, and reach their full potential.

His journey through commercial banking and business finance gave him a firsthand understanding of what business owners face when seeking capital and managing growth. He saw how the right financing could open doors, while a lack of access or guidance could hold promising businesses back. Those experiences shaped his commitment to making financial expertise more accessible, particularly to small businesses and entrepreneurs who are often overlooked by traditional lenders.

Ruben went on to hold senior leadership roles in commercial lending and mission-driven finance, designing loan programs and capital strategies to help businesses often overlooked by traditional banks gain access to financing. As Chief Lending Officer of The Business Consortium Fund (BCF), he played a key role in advancing the organization's lending mission and its designation as a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). His work reinforced his belief that responsible lending can do more than finance a business; it can strengthen communities and create lasting economic opportunities.

Today, as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RS Commercial Capital Advisors (RSCCA), Ruben brings that experience directly to business owners. He helps clients prepare for financing, develop sound capital strategies, and navigate the lending process with greater confidence. Through RSCCA's bookkeeping, financial management, and business insurance services, he also helps clients improve efficiency, save time and money, and protect the businesses they have worked hard to build.

For Ruben, the work has always been about more than numbers or transactions. It is about listening, building trust, and helping people make informed decisions about their future. He takes pride in helping entrepreneurs turn complex financial challenges into practical next steps.

Through RSCCA, Ruben continues to pursue the goal that has guided his career: giving businesses the knowledge, resources, and financial support they need to grow with confidence and build lasting success.

At RSCCA, financial guidance is more than a service. It is a partnership built on trust, experience, and a shared commitment to your success.

Community development

We partner with CDFIs and non-profits on financial literacy workshops, because stronger financial foundations shouldn't be a luxury good.
